Q: How much are dues?
A: Currently $325.00
Q: How is it determined how much the dues will be for each year?
A: The Board considers the previous year’s expenses as well as accumulating a reserve fund for the future pond dredging and unexpected expenses.
Q: When is the Annual Meeting?
A: The meeting is usually within the last 2 weeks in April.
Q: When is the neighborhood garage sale?
A: Somerset Estates combines garage sale with The Parks and Park Avenue, which are held the 2nd Saturday of June.
Q: What do we do about solicitors?
A: It is your discretion to either engage with the solicitor or not. Of course, if you feel the need you may contact the Blue Springs Police Department.
Q: I need to put a fence up. Do I need to the HOA approval?
A: Yes. There is an Architectural Committee who guide the homeowner in items outside the house. This includes fences, house colors, roof material and color and requirements for pools.
