The Architectural Review Board looks out for the entire community of Somerset Estates to ensure our property values are kept up by keeping our community looking cohesive.

When you are ready to start a new project plans must be sent to the ARB first to make sure they’re in compliance with our design standards.

The homeowners association appreciates all the hard word residents do to make their homes and the community beautiful.  Keeping the ARB in the loop of all building projects keeps the Association looking great!
